Eine schöne Skulptur aus einem besonderen Stück Kirschholz. Innen verwittert und ausgehöhlt, außen das blühende Leben und der Versuch, dem Verfall zu trotzen.
Eine schöne Skulptur dachte ich - doch wo bleibt der Witz, wo der Biss, wo die lustige Namensgebung und wo bleibt die Seele??
Frau Mahlzahn kann das alles bieten: Eine zum Wundern schöne Skulptur, Haare aus Eibe im Stil des letzten Schreis, gelbe Hauer aus altem Ebenholz, ähhm Buchsbaum, ein bissiger Humor und eine freundliche Seele mit Kirschkernoptik ...
Das Feuerspucken muss man Frau Mahlzahn noch beibringen, aber sonst kann sie fast alles (z.B. sich auf dem Sockel drehen)

A beautiful sculpture carved from a special piece of cherry wood. Weathered and hollowed out on the inside, all blossoming life on the outside, defiantly resisting decay.
A beautiful sculpture, I thought - but where's the wit, where's the bite, where's the playful name, and where's the soul?
Frau Mahlzahn can offer all of that: a wonderfully strange sculpture, hair of yew in the very latest style, yellow tusks of old ebony - well, boxwood, actually - a biting sense of humour, and a friendly soul with the look of a cherry stone.
Frau Mahlzahn still has to learn how to breathe fire, but apart from that she can do just about everything (such as rotating on her base).

En smuk skulptur af et ganske særligt stykke kirsebærtræ. Indeni forvitret og udhulet, udenpå det blomstrende liv og forsøget på at trodse forfaldet.
En smuk skulptur, tænkte jeg - men hvor er vittigheden, hvor er bidet, hvor er det sjove navn, og hvor er sjælen?
Fru Maletand kan byde på det hele: En skulptur så smuk, at man undres, hår af taks i sidste skrig, gule hugtænder af gammelt ibenholt, øh, buksbom, en bidsk humor og en venlig sjæl med kirsebærstensblik ...
Ildspydning må man stadig lære Fru Maletand, men ellers kan hun næsten alt (for eksempel at dreje rundt på soklen).
